Great location, right on The Walk. Room was spacious, modern and clean, with spectacular view from the balcony. Great facilities and private beach. We arrived early the Receptionist was very accommodating, had our room ready before check in. Looking forward to staying here again

We were greeted by Tracy who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She remembered it was our wedding anniversary and had the housekeeping team surprise us . All the staff went above and beyond making sure our needs were met. The food was lovely and surrounding facilities. The hotel didn't disappoint. Oh and LOVED the pillows...where can we purchase these from ? They were that good .

I feel, Hilton has got some very I care reviews and deserves way more star rating than it has! For starters if you would like the full on WOW factor from some of these other 5 star hotels with private beach access your going to have to put your money where your mouth is and not expect these same standards for a 120 room for 1 night including breakfast. Some people do make me laugh for the money we payed for Hilton was AMAZING, private beach, good selection of hot breakfast food, pool bar, close to JBR and the room was big and comfortable with a balcony. The staff couldnt have done more for us overall we would definitely stay here again! Breakfast for those complaining about Ques my husband and I never questioned once there was always a seat and the service was amazing. If does state when there busy time is which is around 9:30-10:30 so if your coming down for breakfast when everyone else is that might be the problem. Sun lounges where ever you go everyone reserves sun loungers and every hotel says they do not allow it however it wasnt enough to drop a star rating for me this is normal and we never had a problem getting beds.

Great value for money. Best location in JBR with own private beach and pool with cool water. Good prices for dinner, and overall food quality. Very warm welcome from the staff. Definitely recommend if you want to stay in JBR.
